Jacob has been a Community Outreach and Planning Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division since 2018. In that role he educates and provides technical assistance to workers, employers, advocates, and other stakeholders. He provides sensible compliance solutions for employers and ensures workers better understand their rights with a distinct emphasis on reaching vulnerable, underserved communities. Jacob is also on the Labor Trafficking Impact Group for SEE.
