One Nonprofit Director’s Journey…
Addressing human trafficking is an overwhelming effort, and COVID has in most cases, added to the complexity that many non-profits and agencies are facing. We are honored to have Claudnyse share with us how she navigated through a challenging time and grew her nonprofit organization from a dwindling $1,000 in the bank to the largest Child Advocacy Center in their region.
Learn about their:
- Challenges, legal considerations, and opportunities along the way
- Advantages of collaboration to reduce their administrative costs
- Advantages of partnerships to find joint funding initiatives
- And the opportunities of joining forces through mergers with like-minded organizations to increase effectiveness
A Donor’s Perspective…
Jay is an activist and philanthropist. She will discuss the Donor’s perspective. What is it that donors want to see before they choose your organization to donate? What do granters want to see?
Come ready to share, explore, and brainstorm ways we might improve our collective capacity to address human trafficking in Michigan.
