Virtual: Building Capacity by Seeking State VOCA Funding

along with the Michigan Abolitionist Project.

This [FREE] virtual workshop will review major (and complex) funding resources at the state level. Two expert trainers, Tiffany Martinez and Elizabeth Camfield, explain how to receive notification about grant opportunities, how to register and use the required EGrAMS system including notifications of upcoming RFPs, how to prepare for the pre-application phase, and many other aspects of the grant process and requirements. In addition, a panel of successful VOCA grantees will share their experiences and tips.

Intended Audience: 501c3 organizations that have experience with simple grants, fund development activities, and web-based applications.
