DESCRIPTION:Henry Ford Macomb School and Community Wellness partners with Macomb County Schools to promote health and safety programs for students\, parents and staff. Every September they host RAP (Resources Are Plentiful) City. At this event they invite Community Partners to talk about programs they offer to school representatives. At the end\, networking between school representatives and Community Partners take place to plan programming for their schools. \nMAP will be at this event to talk about our programs\,  initiatives\, and available resources.
