DESCRIPTION:Virtual Freedom Coalition Meeting\nFebruary 22\, 5:30 pm (EST)\n\n\nJoin us in this CALL TO ACTION with Hassan Beydoun. He is the Senior Counsel and Adviser to the City of Detroit Mayor\, as well as a Commissioner with the Michigan Human Trafficking Commission.\nHassan will give us an update about the current Human Trafficking bill package that was recommended to the legislature\, as well as share some from the Annual Report that was recently published by the Commission.  This is an important meeting for us to be active citizens in the legislature happening in our state and we need your help!\n\n  \n\n  \n\nThe Freedom Coalition brings together experienced community advocates and professionals for a unified approach to addressing human trafficking in Michigan. We plan to meet virtually the 4th Tuesday of every other month for the sharing of statewide updates\, new research\, best practices\, case studies\, education\, and specialized training.
