SUMMARY:Shelby Township Community Group (Voices for Justice)
DESCRIPTION:Join our Shelby Township Community Group\, Voices for Justice\, on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm. \nVoices for Justice will feature an individual\, organization\, movie or service project that works to fight human trafficking in Michigan and beyond. \nIn June\, Michigan Abolitionist Project’s Shelby Township Community Group is excited to welcome Kathy from The Little Mustard Seed Cafe & Shoppe to our June meeting!\n\nThe Little Mustard Seed Cafe & Shoppe is a local business dedicated to all things fair-trade. Come learn about a local business addressing the very real issue of human trafficking within the neighborhood of New Baltimore\, MI. Here is the link to their website: http://www.thelittlemustardseedcafe.com/ \nIn addition\, we will be discussing ways for people to get involved in making a difference. So if you have been itching to be more active in educating the public about human trafficking\, this meeting is for you. Come and check us out! \nREMINDER: We have moved rooms and are meeting in the Senior High Youth room directly behind the room we used to meet in. If coming from the back of the building\, enter the outside door just left/west of the door we normally enter. We will try to provide signs that guide.
