DESCRIPTION:The February 12\, 2019 meeting is a planning meeting for the Port Huron Community Group. Planning includes a discussion of our mission\, roles and volunteer opportunities\, and the formation of a planning committee for the upcoming Conference on April 8\, 2019. \nThe Port Huron Community Group meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month (October-April). 2019 dates include: January 8\, February 12\, March 12\, and April 9. DESCRIPTION:We are excited to welcome our speaker Sergeant Detective Sarah Krebs.  Sgt Krebs will be discussing what trafficking can look like in our area along with what to look for\, compared to what it might look like in the city. Did you know that over 1\,000 children go missing a week in Michigan? Sgt. Krebs is the founder of Missing in Michigan and will give us insight into this organization. If time allows\, participants are invited to help put kits together for street outreach during the last part of the meeting.\n\nReminder: We will be meeting upstairs from now on in the Wesley Room.  If you come in through the main doors of the church\, turn left\, and go up the stairs.  It’ll be the first room on the second floor.
