Here\, in Michigan\, there are more than 2\,700 men\, women and children who have been robbed of their freedom and enslaved in trafficking activities against their will.  \nThis year\, MAP’s goal for its For Freedom fundraiser is to raise more than $65\,000 to support our much needed work of education\, prevention\, advocacy and awareness.  \nJoin us on Friday\, November 2\, at the San Marino Club in Troy for a plated chicken dinner\, live music\, and a silent/live auction. Ticket purchase and event registration is required. \nEmpowered together\, we can achieve our vision of a slave-less society.  \nWill you join us\, For Freedom? \n\n  \nFOR FREEDOM HIGHLIGHTS\nSpecial Speaker\, Joyce Dixson Haskett\, LMSW ACSW. \nJoyce\, a human trafficking survivor\, spent 17 years in prison for saving her own life by killing her trafficker.
